Attire Semi Formal
Cocktails at 6 pm followed by Dinner and Dancing with music by DJ Ray
Tickets all inclusive of gratuities and tax

Filet Mignon with Lobster Thermidore in a puff pastry

Accompaniments will be dinner rolls, a salad of baby greens with fruits and cheese in a champagne vinaigrette, smashed or piped potatoes, snow peas with julienne carrots, mushrooms in garlic butter at every table and a dessert specially selected for this event. In addition wine will be placed on each table for your enjoyment.
Members and guests that wish to be seated together may do so up to a total of 8. To be seated together everyone in your group must register under the same Boat, Cottage or Table name. It is Very Important, to ensure each person in your group knows the name chosen and supplies that name when registering. Registrations may be made on line or in person. Unfortunately, we can not accept any registrations without payment in full.
In person registrations will be accepted on Tuesday Feb. 3 after the RMHYC annual meeting, every evening at 5 pm at the Abaco Beach resort under the RMHYC tent and at the Jib Room on Thurs. Feb. 5 and Sat. Feb 7 also at 5 pm. Registration is open until Wednesday Feb 11.
